You might notice in a recent weeks, Citibank place the banner of ‘CitiRewards’ almost everywhere in local famous sites. Truth to be told, since my first introduction with Citibank, I never see the value of Citi Rewards, try to redeem my point with a decent prizes is hardly possible - so the best ‘rewards’ I can get being a loyal customer of Citibank is just redeem my point with free annual fee.

So there I saw one of the banner in KCM, led me directly to www.CitiRewards.com.. Choose the country flag of ‘Indonesia’ and please take a look the following image and tell me what you think ?

I’m not sure what is CitiRewards trying to show here.. I think they try to classified the rewards based on categories. A sport, a family man, travel, kids… But why there are surfer, yoga, and golfer if they intended to do so. Well, maybe they design it on purpose, choose the unexpected categories to see the possibilities of the rewards..

So, I click on of the option.. and yamiiiiii…. Got the following error message

It’s been a week since my first attempt on the sites though, I hope it works fine in other browser otherwise they are wasting (a lot of) money.

PS : If somehow you are working in Citibank, one question from me, what is the benefit being Citibank Gold holder ? There was a time where I can enjoy my free lounge in almost airports, but not anymore..
