Microsoft introduce the next version of Dynamics CRM to Partners
It’s official now, the next generation of Dynamics CRM codename ‘Titan’ is introduced to the market. The current release of CRM 3.0 has been around for 1 year, the major version of Dynamics CRM consist of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service module. Although it will require customization for particular industry implementation, CRM has all it takes to get users in your company use it. Tight integration with Outlook and other productivity tools is believe become a strong value proposition for Microsoft.
‘Titan’ will support the multi-tenancy features that allows customers to host multiple ‘company’ in a single box of server. Microsoft has scheduled the availability of the “Titan” release of Microsoft CRM and the new Microsoft Dynamics Live CRM service in mid-2007. Initially, Titan will debut in North America, following which it will be expanded worldwide. Microsoft additionally informed that the 300 partners included in the Titan TAP program in the first quarter of 2007 will grow to more than 1,000 over the second quarter.
